International Trade Commission & Court of International Trade

For my knowledge, US International Trade Commission can file the anti-dumping case to US Court of International Trade. Only US Court of International Trade has the power to pronounce the final judgment for this case.

I am wondering if my understanding correct?

Where can we get the information for what is going on for the pending case?
