You can use quicken.com to file monthly payroll tax, or if you have account at wells fargo, they can also help you file monthly, for a fee.

Of course, you can do it manually to avoid fees.

For LLC, if you are a partner, you don't file payroll tax, only quarterly personal income tax, which includes 15% self employment tax.
