also you need to file 2 K-1 forms for you and your hubby.

then transfer K-1 income to your 1040, schedule E.

K-1 has instruction on how and where to transfer data to 1040.

You can also file extension, I think it's form 7440, just google it.

You can google "sample form 1065" to find a sample.
