I just started a business. One guy called. Wanted to order 5000 units (about $100K). I don't have that many units. What shall I do?

I would like to offer him FOB price. Then place order from the factory, it is up to that guy to pay shipping and custom tax etc. Will this work? If not, what is your suggestion?

Could you possible giving me some detail how to handle such a big order? Any book?
