路透：中國如何在沒有霍爾木茲海峽的情況下生存

指望通過赫爾姆茲禁運就能卡住中國能源進口的，需要思考的再深一些，不要看個絕對進口數量就激動萬分，老中老美都是絕對數量的大戶,但禁運對有些高比例大戶的影響更大，比如日本印度等等。

別把川總及其手下的水平想的太低。川總也許愛衝動，但人家經常是揣著明白裝糊塗，射錯目標再來找個理由補回點麵子。

不像這裏的某些大棋檔， 被人一忽悠就上頭，老川槍一響就衝，衝錯方向也樂此不疲。
