They created the laws like the 中華人民共和國民族團結進步促進法 that could cause legal problems for minority unity. In my opinion, you can publish things in 中華人民共和國民族團結進步促進法 as a policy guide, but not the law. In my opinion, CCP should withdraw 中華人民共和國民族團結進步促進法 and put it under policy guidance.
