Trump's goal to reindustrialize America, by tariff, currency

One of Trump's goals is to reindustrialize America, via imposing tariff, currency depreciation and other tools. As long as Putin still exist, he will not let CCP get away. Also, if CCP don't reform its political system, CCP is not helping itself as well.
