Judge Currie from South Carolina US District Court was appointed by 4th Circuit Court of Appeals to hear only the question of whether Halligan was lawfully appointed. The district judge in Northern Virginia will soon rule on the motion of vindictive prosecution/no true indictment/all other GJ procedural mishaps.
