我不認為這次民主黨輸，他們反而“賺了”（借用英雄澤連斯基的這個字）

我剛微微學習了幾個新聞，我認為民主黨雖然讓步妥協但是賺了，look:

1. SNAP 影響的人是41-43 million people，而且由於政府關門影響是此時此刻immediate lose, right?

2. For ACA, subsidy loss, higher premiums, or loss of coverage estimated at 4-5 million people. 而且是將來的事情不是現在，而且還能再議，對吧？

3. I don't know the details of Trump Care Plan and I hope it is better than ACA but if it is not as good as obama care, democrats may have deliberately set it to fail. who knows and the fact is mid-term is coming. 

妥協不等於輸，很有可能是“賺了”。 Am I right?
