該非法移民作案（偷竊數百萬Covid救濟資金），其實很簡單：

他和另外兩個人：

- 從美國人那裏偷走 SSN

- 申請失業救濟金

- 付款郵寄到空置公寓的

- 他甚至從他照顧的一名精神障礙受害者那裏偷竊

他隻被判處 18 個月徒刑。

他的同案犯分別被判處 54 個月和 24 個月的監禁。
