如果“傳統能源不如綠色能源方便”， 那市場就會推動綠色能源， 根本無需政府官僚去幹預。 

綠色能源不能自己靠市場贏得顧客， 恰恰是因為傳統能源遠比所謂綠色能源“方便”， 便宜而且可靠。
