The two planes being used for AF1 are 40 years old. BHO ordered a new one. Boeing screwed up so bad that it still won't be ready for 4-7 more years.
Qatar is giving the 747 to US military, not DJT.
US Mil will refit it with the special gear necessary for AF1.
