俄烏停火條件
Following Ukraine’s agreement to a U.S.-proposed 30-day ceasefire, Washington has lifted its pause on intelligence sharing and military aid. Ukrainian Presidential Chief of Staff Andriy Yermak confirmed that the U.S. has assured Ukraine that Russia’s reciprocal commitment is essential for peace efforts.
Negotiations will now focus on securing the exchange of prisoners of war and the return of displaced Ukrainian children. The discussions will also aim to establish a sustainable peace framework with European partners actively involved. In addition, Ukraine and the United States have agreed to accelerate a comprehensive deal on Ukraine’s critical mineral resources, ensuring the country’s long-term economic and military security.
The U.S. delegation has committed to engaging with Russian representatives on these proposals, while aid to Ukraine has already resumed in full force.
