在紐約對前總統唐納德-特朗普的刑事審判中，陪審員裁定他犯有 34 項偽造商業記錄的重罪。

2024年5月20日，前總統唐納德-特朗普在紐約曼哈頓刑事法庭出庭受審。

陪審員們表示，他們一致同意特朗普偽造商業記錄，隱瞞向成人電影明星斯托米-丹尼爾斯支付13萬美元封口費以影響2016年大選結果的事實。
