How to investigate the Facebook poster in NY criminal case: get the IP address…and law enforcement should go talk to him (or her)….start there. If he is a fake, he is in trouble for causing this problem . If he is not a fake, he is in trouble, but less trouble (the juror would be the one in trouble in that case.)
