this is like to deal with Boeing's quality crisis

Congress and FAA would come up with a proposed new law, to demand that Boeing conduct a quality review whenever ONE 737 drops off from the sky every week, and shut down production for 3 days if TWO 737s drop off from the sky a week.  In other word, if a door blows off midair, all is good; if ONE crashes a week, no need to ground planes.

this is not how you deal a crisis.  lawmaking is a joke.  two-party system is broke.
