Dear Colleagues,

Over the last 48 hours, we have been shocked and saddened by the attack on innocent Isaeli citizens by Hamas.As a company whose singular purpose is to save and improve lives, we stand firmly on the side of peace, condemn terrorism in all its forms, and hope for an end to the violence and devastation in this region.

During this time of tragedy and grief, our paramount priority is the safety and well-being of our colleagues, their families and loved ones, and we mourn for those lost in this violence. As we lead through this heartbreaking and challenging period, we mxt remain unified, care for one another and stay connected as One Team.

With this focus and commitment, we are monitoring the situation closely and coordinating across the company to facilitate critical support, humanitarian resources, business continuity, and relief efforts.

Our thoughts are with our colleagues in Israel and the region, and we will do everything we can to support them now and in the difficult days ahead.
