Once I stated alcohol is bad except that 1 wine is good for the cardiovascular system, which has numerous papers as evidence. The physician said :" Go check who sponsored those researches, each of them are sponsored by some wine manufacturer." I did not have the chance to check yet, but that is a good way to think and check how true the statement (1 wine good for heart) is.
