a few minor updates, my friends here

Exercise plan goes well. Play pingpong everyday with friends (or LG when no friends could come). It's pleasurable chatting with these same-aged people while playing.

Routine checkup, excluding ...scopy, is fine. Plus perfect hearing and teeth. Vision still bad though (nothing I can do).

I'll consider the ...scopy next. Haha...
