This is a post I already posted in other forums before. I thought friends in this forum might also be interested (great retirement or vacation properties in FL). 上班時被老婆拉去看了這個海景 Condo。 我今天上午貼了一張照片。
這裏是一些更多的照片。 上午我說的買一個 boat dock 是 $20,000. 今天晚上問了老婆， 她說是 $28,000。 還有上午我說是 bank owned， 她說是 for short sale 的， 這個價 bank 還沒同意。


This unit is a 1/1 with 650 SF, located at the second floor with the balcony overlooking the Tampa Bay.

Now asking for $69,000.

Maintenance fee: $260/month(insurance included).

Property tax accessed this year: $2,700.
