I agree with you that children have to experience themselves, they have to learn to get up after fall.  But this

誰也替代不了誰 doesn't work on your job.  Don't think you're so important  in your company, you're great in your position,  no one can replace you.  That's not true.  Anyone can do your job, some times others can even do better.
