Ingredients:

-shrimp 9-10oz 鮮蝦: you can find prepared shrimp at stores (peeled and cut) 買處理好的蝦更方便

-pineapple chunks 5-6 oz: canned or fresh 菠蘿塊

-white pepper 白胡椒粉 1/4 tsp

-salt 鹽 1/4 - 1/3 tsp

-egg white 蛋白 1/3

-cornstarch 1/3 cup + flour 2/3 cup 澱粉1/3杯+麵粉2/3杯

-mayo sauce 4 tbs (any brand) 蛋黃醬

-lemon juice 1 tbs 檸檬汁

-sugar 1 tbs 糖
