2020年總結：中式麵點和點心

從2020年2月17日開始：我開始在朋友圈和我的文學城博客連載居家抗疫美食係列。這個係列最初是為在疫情水火中的武漢朋友們設計的，第一集在朋友圈發表於2020年2月17日，後來美國疫情風雲急轉，第300集在朋友圈發布2020年12月30號。

寫下這篇文字時，我的博客居家抗疫美食係列剛剛更新到第212集，還有88集沒有更新到博客。和往年不一樣的是。這次很多我都寫了具體做法，在文章裏我都給出了博客鏈接。如果沒有鏈接給出具體做法的，那是我暫時還沒有上傳的88集裏麵的一部分。以後會上傳的，我目前是大約一天1-2集的速度上傳博客。

• 找到原因了，原來是酵母放多了，發酵時間太長了。把酵母量減半，發酵時間減半之後就好了。沒有那股酒味了。但是，沒有大陸的那種饅頭白， -lurenjia2014- ♀ (338 bytes) () 01/08/2021 postreply 18:00:12
