又是一年歲末，又是一年總結。2020年變幻莫測，注定了有些不一樣。從2020年2月17日開始：接受老公的號召，化美食為力量，開始在朋友圈和文學城博客連載居家抗疫美食係列。這個係列最開始是為在疫情水火中的武漢朋友們設計的，第一集發表於2020年2月17日，後來美國疫情風雲急轉，第300集在朋友圈發布2020年12月30號。
寫下這篇文字時，離2021的新年鍾聲還有幾個小時。我的博客居家抗疫美食係列剛剛更新到第210集，還有90集沒有更新到博客。就這樣開始一年一度的西式甜品總結吧。和往年不一樣的是。這次的很多蛋糕或者麵包我寫了具體做法，在文章裏我都給出了鏈接。
