Soft Buttery Pretzels with Cranberry
INGREDIENTS:
Dough Part
Ø 4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Ø 1 teaspoon white sugar
Ø 1.25 to 1.5 cups warm water (85-110 degrees F110 or 30-45 degrees C), add more if needed
Ø 5 cups all-purpose flour
Ø 1/2 cup white sugar
Ø 1.5 teaspoons salt
Ø 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil or melted butter)
Ø 1/2 cup Dried Cranberry (optional)
Baking Soda Solution for Dipping
Ø 1 tablespoon baking soda
Ø 8 tablespoons/ 0.5 cup hot water
Final touch
Ø 2 tablespoon butter
Ø coarse salt, for topping (regular salt works too)

倒入麵粉和麵團, 醒發1-2 小時, 至2-3倍大
均勻切成12塊長形麵塊
每塊長形麵塊搓成細長條
整型
用小蘇打水浸濕, 再擦幹
按入蔓越莓幹

烤好取出
刷上黃油
磨/撒上一些鹽
