It had been working fine, just suddenly not working

Once boot started, the memory test stops at 256. I have tried to use default, or safe setting in Bios, still the same.

If it worked and suddenly it's not working, it is not Bios update issue. I think if it had never worked or new, that might be useful to update Bios. Is that right?
