I guess that you once opened file from network drive or file system on network. Now the network drive or file system dosen't exists anymore. However, your system remembers that link and always try to recover it every time you do some thing tied to it.

Try to remove those network drive explicitly and do a complet Checkdisk. It might fix the problem.
