Order from NewEgg.com for $105. It is Micro-ATX, comes with onboad graphic card. I have tested it with a cheap PC3200 memory chip using memtest86 for two day. Successfully loaded SuSe Linux 10. The AMD mobile CPU works fine with my 200watt power supply. I don't have any issues with this motherboad.
