Help! My computer is infected by Exploit-MhtRedir.gen.

Help! My computer is infected by Exploit-MhtRedir.gen. McAfee is unable to delete the virus. My Norton Antivirus has already expired. Anybody konws how to remove Exploit-MhtRedir.gen.Thanks in advance!
