insert a colume first by the colume that has the data you want to modify. Let's say the colume A has the data, colume B is the new colume. In the first cell of colume B (say it is B1), type =A1-100.
Copy B1 and paste it to all other cells of the colume B. It's done.
You may delete colume A afterwards if you like.
