Thank all guys. I actully pinged the gateway, set the IP adress/gateway/DNS as the instructor direction, but it still did not work. I contacted my apartment office, they just checked my computer and no further response as you know their efficence is very bad. I like to know what is MAC?because I am poor in computer knowledge.Thank you again.
