1. Make sure you backup all you data
2. You have to have window 98 disk, Motherboard disk, and any other hardware drivers like video card, ethernet card, sound card, etc

3. Insert the window 98 boot disk and restart the computer

4. When you get to A prompt => type in Format C:

5. Put your Windows CD in and at the A:\>prompt type D:WIN98 and press enter.

6. Then Type SETUP.EXE and press enter.

7. after that it is simple following the instruction.
