office software help!

Hi,

I just bought a new PC. I am installing the XP office software in my PC. But the product key can not be accepted. It worked in my old computer. Why not working in the new one? The new PC is windows XP. The office software is office 2002. What's wrong?

Anyone can help? I really dont want to spend another 250 bucks on the software.
