(1) COPY this file to a bootable flopy disk
(2) Boot up your computer by using this disk
(3) Under DOS mode proceed following command

A:\copy *.dll C:WINDOWS.000\SYSTEMS\*.DLL

(4)However, I do not think this dll file will fix your problem, because your window's directory is currently use c:\windows.000, this folder name indicate your orginal windows directory had chrashed and your system is currently using a temp windows folder to boot up.
Therefore, you might have to use another computer to back up your files. PLEASE DO NOT REINSTALL WINDOWS or TRY to RECOVERY this drive, since you might make things worse. If you need my assistant, please send a QQH to me.
