There's an easy way to tell.
Open a command window on yor PC and type:
ipconfig
This will show you your PC's address, if it's 192.168.0.2, usually your router's IP address is 192.168.0.1.

If your router has only one device (PC, printer, etc.) connected to it, in the command window, type:
ping 192.168.0.3
ping 192.168.0.4
...

If you get response, that means someone else is connected as well.
