Windows update以後出現一些問題，請教...

前幾天windows automatic update以後，重啟了幾次機以後出現了一些問題。MSN，windows media player， flashget一啟動就說有錯，然後就的關閉。現在在重啟機器後，就說"the instruction at "0x771cb820"reference memory at "0x0363f11f". the memory could not be "read". " 請問這些問題怎樣解決? 非常感謝!
