Please help!Download mspy.msi,

I want to write in Chinese,and downloaded mspy.msi and it shows that I've completed the setup, but then how can I start writing. each time I double clicked the mspy.exe, it just reinstall the software again.

It really sounds that I am stupid, but I really don't know what should I do with it. Everytime I had other software installed, it just showed a incon on desktop or somewhere easy to find, this time I am so lost.
