朋友的電腦重裝後, 出現ERROR

在GOOGLE上查不出解決方法. 是缺DECODER 還是沒裝DVD DRIVER?

因為, 他的DVD PLAYER 能放一張DVD, 不過聲音斷斷續續.
放另一張就隻有聲音沒有圖像.

請問是什麽問題? 謝謝
