help with outlook2003 plzzz

I am using outlook2003 for my pop3 email account but there a bounch of junk mails, I know how to set up a rule to block these mails with certain keywords in it, but is it possible to set up a rule to only allow these mails with certain keywords in it? how to do it? thanx a lot!!!!
