Why WinRAR麻煩?

I would say it depends. If the software in iso pack requires to run inside a cd rom drive, then you need virtual cd-rom software. It fools the windows os as a real cd-rom is intalled..
However, if you just want occasionally strip off a few files from the iso, WinRaR is better. It is drag-and-drop utility. Additional benefit of using WinRaR is to zip/unzip files. The speed and compressing ratio is better than winzip.
