不過我覺得是移民太多,總愛鑽他們的愚蠢的空子, 使他們,OD,OM,CC,.....惱羞成怒,作出更嚴格的規定,其實完善自己的係統和程序才是正道.

I talked to the manager here in Bloomington, IL, (Linda). She explained to me that there was no way she was going to get the hard drives in stock, and that a backorder would show as a sale the day they came in / were delivered, thereby invalidating the rebate.
She also told me she saw there were coupons on my order, and that OD had been having a huge problem with people fraudulently using other customers coupon codes. OD is now going to put a policy into place where they ask for a printout of the coupon that was emailed to customers, or a copy of the mailed coupon, before they will deliver the order under the reduced price.
She was very polite, and it was early and I didn't feel like arguing, so I let it go. She did tell me that if any drives came in she would call me.
