need suggestions for VideoCard

want to buy a video card with 128M memory, 128bit bandwith, PCI Express, not used for game-play. could you give me some advice? Many thanks!

my machine is: Dell 4700, P4 3.0G HT, 256M DDR2,200G HD. power supply is 305W.

And if anyone can write a post to introduce popular Video cards, I think many of us would appreciate.
