電腦出毛病了,幫幫忙啊

想刪除一些文件時,電腦總是說"It is used by another person or a program. Close any program that might be using the file and try again."但事實上並沒有發現什麽程序使用這些文件.如何才能刪除它們啊?我的是XP係統.
