Outlook Express突然不能收發，我急的要跳樓啦

我的Outlook Express平時用的好好的，今天突然不能收發。每次連接總是跳出下麵的Error Massage:

"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.earthlink.net', Server: 'smtpauth.earthlink.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"

我打電話去Tech Support,也沒有問出名堂。他們說我要重新安裝Outlook Express。各位高手請提提高見。謝謝啦！！！
