Emergency help needed.

My computer always tried to open some website (www.jixian.net) even I didn't connect to internet. I tried to use spybot-S&D, but nothing can be found. Also, yesterday, when I watched some rm files, the harddisk space lost almost 500M, then when I restarted the computer, the space found. Do you have any idea how I could find these problems?
