regedit delete all entries

what is the changed site url (site address)?
regedit find & delete all entrie related to it. if this still not working then find registry repair tools to do it.

but likely, the planted stuff would not confine to registry, you may find it elsewhere in you hd drive. so, uninstall IE completely and use Firefox will be easier thing to do.
