I'm using DVDShrink...

It is very good one. You can remove whatever you
don't want to make a movie fit in one DVD+/-R/RW
(4.7GB). Then use Nero suite to burn the resulting
ISO file onto a DVD+/-R/RW. Most of the current DVD
burners support both DVD+R/RW and DVD-R/RW. I have
an NEC burner which works just fine for me. Good luck.
