which one CD-rom I can use??

Dell give me 4 CD.
1. WinXP home OS
2. Dell PC driver(such as video card driver, etc)
3. Dell PC application/utility ( My PC pre-install McAfee software, but I can find it in this CD)
4. sonic software.

I wonder which one CD I can use.
