無法保存temp?

my computer is winxp, every time i turn it on, the history or the temporary internet files arnt there, and also my msn display picture isnt saved, its like last time i havent used it on the internet, there is completely nothing about the websites i went. (i have 3721, is it the cause of the trouble?)
