如何徹底格式化現有的硬盤包括C盤

沒有Win 98, 沒有Win 2000,我如何徹底格式化現有的硬盤包括C盤？上麵已經裝上了Win XP Home Edi.

I set up to boot from CD but it still goes into Win directly after rebooting. Any other suggestions to fix the problem.
